TASTING NOTES: THE EASTER EDITION - FRIDAY 24 FEBRUARY AT 7:30PM
Following a sell out Christmas event, Clos Fine Wine is proud to present the Easter edition of Tasting Notes, live from the City in London, with singing from Ferrier Award-winning soprano Jessica Cale, accompanied by George Ireland, on Friday 24 February 2023 from 7:30pm.
Taking place over a month before Easter, we hope you’ll join us for an evening of wine tasting featuring two exceptional whites and two gorgeous reds, hand selected by Dominic as the perfect wines with which to welcome spring, from fantastically fruity reds to zesty whites.
We’ll cover the basics of tasting and what to look for when buying wine for Easter whether you’re eating lamb, beef or an Ottolenghi feast. Jess, accompanied on the piano by George, will delight us with live music in between tasting each wine in the relaxed atmosphere of the grand hall of St Botolph-without-Bishopsgate.
The evening commences at 7:30pm with a glass of vintage bubbles upon arrival. Tickets are £60 per person for the entire evening, which includes fizz, a led tasting of all four wines, grazing food platters and a live, immersive recital performance by our Ferrier winning duo. The perfect way to learn how to taste wine, enjoy five spectacular glasses, and enjoy a relaxed post tasting environment in which to while away your Friday evening.
